I am originally from Michigan and graduated with my PhD from Michigan State University where I worked with Bruce Sagan. My first postdoc was at the University of British Columbia where I worked with Stephanie van Willigenburg. I am currently a Postdoc at Arizona State University, and I am working with Susanna Fishel.
My research interests lie in enumerative and algebraic combinatorics. In my latest project I am studying graphs related to type A hyperplane arrangements. Additionally, I have done work on chromatic symmetric functions with a focus on e-positivity, pattern avoidance in involutions, pattern avoidance in restricted growth functions and combinatorial Hopf algebras.
