the Mathematics and Cognition Seminar will
present brief presentation with Jack Ring,
Fellow, International Council On Systems Engineering
on the topic of 

"Target Markets for Simulation and Modeling"

Abstract
Describe (the primitive state of) our project to model and simulate alternative choices of content, structure and behavior of a design team.  Discuss the variety of target markets thus funding sources and key associates for M&S of SD

Biography
After earning a BA in Physics from Emporia State University, Kansas, Jack  led successful systems and business initiatives during twenty years with GE Aerospace, ten years with Honeywell's Commercial and Industrial businesses and the more recent fifteen years with a variety of high tech and non-profit  startups and recoveries.  He continues action research and formal education  in innovation, systems, and management.  For example currently enrolled in  Benjamin Broome's ASU COM691 to experince the Interactive Management process of facilitating group complex problem solving.  In 2003 he was named a  Fellow of the International Council On Systems Engineering where he leads a 150 person dialogue on intelligent systems.
