Registraion fees:  $100 (graduate students); $175 (all others); $25 (additional fee if registering after April 27, 2000). The fee includes conference registration, copy of the program and lecture notes, breakfasts and refreshment breaks on conference days, and one banquet ticket (June 7, additional banquet tickets at $25 each).
Please note: fees must be paid in U.S. Dollars. $ If you are in the United States, you MUST enclose a check or money order with your registration form made payable to Arizona State University. If you are not currently in the United States, please DO NOT send money with your registration. You may pay in cash or by traveler's check upon arrival at the conference. No refunds for registration fees will be made after April 27, 2000.
