Manuscripts. Manuscripts submitted for publication must be
single-sided, in English and include an abstract. The author should submit
two copies of his paper and retain one for himself. An e-mail address
and/or a fax number must be included on the manuscript. After a paper
is accepted, the Rocky Mountain Journal of Mathematics is
pleased to accept
inch disk copies prepared in TeX or
LaTeX. If the manuscript was prepared using a word processor, please
save the file as an ASCII (text only) file and send us the disk.
Figures will need to be on a computer disk in either IBM or Macintosh format, using any program that is capable of producing a postscript file. A regular postscript file is the best possible, but an encapsulated postscript file (EPS file) is acceptable. If you have a problem generating these files, please contact the main office at rmmc@asu.edu. Otherwise original pen and ink or mainframe output will be needed. Output from a duplicating machine, such as a Xerox copy, does not reproduce very well. For any questions about generating graphs or figures please contact us by e-mail at rmmc@asu.edu.
As few handwritten characters as possible should be used. For questions of style, authors are referred to ``A Manual for Authors of Mathematical Papers,'' American Mathematical Society. No footnotes may be used except one acknowledging financial support. Manuscripts may be submitted to any member of the editorial board. Such action is representation by the author that the manuscript has not been copyrighted, published, or submitted elsewhere.
To assist referees, two copies of unpublished or recently published references should also be submitted.
Joint Authorship. In the case of joint authorship, a letter should accompany the manuscript stating which author will assume responsibility for correspondence and proofreading. Please include e-mail address and/or fax number.
Proofs. Authors receive only page proofs for corrections.
Page Charges, Reprints. There are no page charges. The corresponding author will receive 50 free reprints. Additional reprints may be ordered prior to publication using the reprint order form which accompanies the proof copy.
