Make-up exams:
          
    In general, a missed exam counts as a zero(0).                     
                            
    Make-up exams will be given only under extraordinary circumstances 
    (e.g., illness) and must be documented in writing (e.g., by a physician
    or hospital). In such cases, Professor Weiss should be contacted prior to
    the exam.
