Registration fee:

The Registration fee includes all the cost for meals and tour during the conference.
Graduate students may contact the Conference Secretaries to apply for registration
fee reduction. The deadline of application of half registration is May 31, 2002.

PRE-REGISTRATION

Use the enclosed Registration Form or its photocopy for each registrant and send it back to the
Secretariat. The deadline for pre-registration is: May 31, 2002.

ON SITE REGISTRATION

Participants may also be able to register at the Registration Desk at the symposium time and may
have photocopies of their abstracts circulated.

REGISTRATION DESK

The Registration desk will be located at the lobby of Expert Hotel of Guangxi Normal University and
the appointed 3-Star Hotel on August 14, 2002, as well as on consecutive days.

CANCELLATION

Notification of cancellation should be written directly to the Conference Secretaries one month before
the symposium, and 20% registration fee will be retained for administrative expenditure.
