•           "Seeking for more points" Case Study

•     Choose a topic you feel that has been the most challenging to teach so far. (ex: polynomials, long division, exponential growth…etc).  Write a Reflection (1-2 pages typed or neatly written) to focus on student understanding in your topic.  What kinds of things did your students struggle with?  What could be the root cause of these difficulties?  Be prepared to discuss this next time we meet.  Specific examples will be helpful in the group discussion.

•     Focus on  Test2 you gave.  Include your class results (mean, median and # A’s, B’s, etc), what these results tell you about your class and/or your teaching. Reflect on how the grading went (did you struggle with partial credit, etc) and how you would [did you] change the test and or the curriculum.  Please attach the copy of the original test given out by the coordinators and the one you gave indicating your changes and what you would want to change if you had unlimited freedom.
