Total Least Squares with Tikhonov-like Regularization, demo

Algorithm is coded in C++ and Matlab. For C++ code, the Lapack++, including BLAS, package is used.

FDG PET input function estimation,  demo with test data.

Estimation of the input function  for the brain study with FDG-PET is provided in Matlab code.  2-tissue compartmental model is assumed.   Three venous blood samples at later time (10,20,60 min) are needed.

PET data fast clustering,  demo

This a package of Matlab programs for functional clustering of PET data. Similarity is defined based on the dynamics (time activity curves). These algorithms are designed to accelerate the conventional hierarchical linkage methods.
