Textbook: Nonparametric Statistical Methods, by by Myles Hollander, Douglas A. Wolfe, 2nd Edition, Wiley
Evaluation: All exams must be taken at the scheduled times unless legitimate and unavoidable reasons are shown to the instructor atleast 24 hours prior to the exam. Make-up exams are never given except for extreme circumstances.

Computers/Calculators and software: The students will need computers/calculators that can perform basic functions, which include computing factorials and taking numbers to powers. Learning R is encouraged.

Academic Honesty: Academic honesty is fundamental to the activities and the principles of
a university. If it is found that a student is cheating, he or she will receive 0 points for the
assignment in question and be turned in to the Provost for further action. In addition, at the
instructor's discretion, a student who commits an act of academic dishonesty may be subject to punitive actions. In particular, such a student may be given a failing grade regardless of the quality of their work beyond the act of academic dishonesty.
All work must be shown in the exam and any other written work.

by the students' attendance throughout the semester and by their homework performances.
