OFFICE HOURS FORM

According to the ASU Academic Affairs Policy and Procedure Manual ACD 305-07: "Every individual who teaches courses is expected to post and maintain regular office hours. The schedule of office hours should be easily available to students. Faculty should also be available by appointment for students who cannot meet during posted office hours."
